Black Shoe String or Pantyhose/Knee High (CVS)
A thick pomade (Oyin Burnt Sugar)
Soft Bristle Brush
Bobby Pins
Satin Scarf
Side Note: Whether your hair is blown out or not will determine what products you will use.
I'd suggest a gel, like Eco Styler Olive Oil, if you are trying to "puff" wet hair.
